The ERP you own, implemented end to end
Most of our work extends an ERP somebody else licenses to you. ERPNext is the one we implement outright — a full finance, inventory, sales, HR and payroll core that runs on your own infrastructure, with no per-seat licence to renew.
- No per-seat licence
- Your servers or ours
- UAE, India and Saudi Arabia
Open source core
One system of record, module by module
Extended with the Frappe framework
NV360 builds and ships production apps on Frappe, not only configuration — see what that means.
Two ways in
Where are you starting from?
Replacing spreadsheets or Tally
One system instead of six
Accounts in one place, stock in another, and a spreadsheet reconciling them at month end. ERPNext puts the whole operation on one system of record, so a sales order, the stock it consumes and the invoice it produces are the same transaction rather than three re-entries.
How we deliver itOutgrowing your current ERP
A core you are allowed to change
The usual complaints are the licence bill rising with headcount, and a change request that takes two quarters. An open-source core removes the first and shortens the second — the code is yours to extend. Where your existing ERP is the right answer, we will say so and integrate with it instead.
See our D365 and SAP work
Systems we migrate from — and integrate with, where you are keeping them.
What we implement
The modules that carry the business
Configured around how you already work, not a demo dataset. Start with the ones that hurt most and add the rest as you go.
Finance & Accounting
Ledgers, multi-currency, cost centres, budgets and statutory reports.
Inventory & Warehouse
Multi-warehouse stock, batches and serials, valuation and stock reconciliation.
Purchase
Requests, supplier quotations, purchase orders and three-way matching on receipt.
Sales & CRM
Leads and opportunities through quotation, order, delivery note and invoice.
Manufacturing
Bills of material, work orders, job cards, routing and production planning.
Projects
Tasks, timesheets, billing rates and project profitability against budget.
HR & Payroll
Employee records, attendance, leave, salary structures and payroll runs.
Assets
Asset registers, depreciation schedules, maintenance and disposal.
Built for your region
Compliance configured, not bolted on
An ERP that cannot produce an invoice your tax authority accepts is not finished. We set this up during implementation.
United Arab Emirates
Dubai HQ
- VAT at 5% with the right treatment for designated zones
- Corporate tax reporting from the same ledger
- Arabic and English invoice layouts
India
Development centre, Chennai
- GST with CGST, SGST and IGST handled correctly
- E-invoicing with IRN and QR code generation
- TDS deduction and e-way bill data
Saudi Arabia
Delivered with our KSA technology partner
- ZATCA Phase 1 compliant invoice generation
- Phase 2 clearance, XML and cryptographic stamping
- Arabic-first document templates
We already ship e-invoicing in production
ZATCA compliance is not new work for us. Our e-invoicing engine handles Phase 1 and Phase 2 clearance today, connected to ERPs other than ERPNext.
Why ERPNext
An honest comparison, from people who sell both
We implement, integrate and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP, so we have no reason to oversell the alternative. ERPNext wins on a specific set of trade-offs, and it is worth being precise about which.
Where you need capabilities a licensed ERP does better, or your group already standardised on one, that is the right answer and we will tell you so.
No per-seat licence
Your hundredth user costs what your tenth did. Giving the warehouse floor or a seasonal team access stops being a budget decision.
You own the data and the code
Application, database and any custom apps are yours. Nothing contractual or technical stops you moving them elsewhere.
Extend anything
The framework underneath is the same one the product is built on, so a custom module is a first-class app, not a workaround.
A shorter change cycle
Adding a field, a report or an approval step is a day of work, not a licensing conversation followed by a quarter of waiting.
How we deliver
Six steps, in this order for a reason
Each one depends on the one before it. Skipping discovery is how an implementation becomes a spreadsheet with extra steps.
-
1
Discovery
We map how you actually run today — your chart of accounts, stock movements, approval chains and the spreadsheets doing real work. Usually about a week.
-
2
Configure
ERPNext is set up around those processes: company structure, tax templates, item masters, workflows and permissions.
-
3
Migrate
Masters, opening balances and history move across, then get reconciled against your existing books before anyone relies on them.
-
4
Extend
Whatever the standard product does not cover is built as a proper Frappe app, so it survives upgrades instead of being patched into core.
-
5
Roll out
Training by role, parallel running where the risk warrants it, and a go-live plan with a way back. This is the step most projects underestimate.
-
6
Support
A team across Dubai and Chennai working in your timezone, covering upgrades, month-end and the questions that only appear in production.
Hosting runs either way — your infrastructure and your cloud account, or a managed bench we operate with backups, monitoring and upgrades handled.
Beyond configuration
We build on Frappe, not just inside ERPNext
Most of what an implementation needs is configuration. The rest is software, and that is where projects usually stall — the requirement does not fit the standard product, so it gets patched into core and the instance can never be upgraded again.
We build those requirements as separate Frappe apps. It is the same framework ERPNext itself is built on, and it is work we do continuously rather than only on client projects.
Products we ship on the stack
- NV360 People — The employee app for Frappe HR — leave, attendance, payslips and approvals on mobile.
- NV360 Field Sales — Beat plans, GPS-verified visits and order capture for teams in the field.
- NV360 Notifications — Push and messaging delivery across the bench.
The stack we work in
- Custom apps
- Doctypes, workflows, permissions and server scripts as an installable app.
- Integrations
- REST and webhook connections to banks, payment gateways, logistics and government portals.
- Mobile
- Native and cross-platform apps against the Frappe API, published to both stores.
- Upgrades
- Version moves with the customisations intact, because they were never in core.
