Overview
Aster wanted to extend their D365-powered operations into a patient-facing mobile app — without running a separate data silo. The Aster Care app lets patients refill prescriptions, book teleconsultations, and earn loyalty points, all pulling from the same D365 customer and inventory records.
Built cross-platform on React Native, the app connects to D365 via the same middleware we built for the online store, ensuring a consistent patient record across every touchpoint.

The Challenge
Aster's patient data, prescription history, and loyalty balances all lived in Dynamics 365 — but there was no mobile interface to surface this to patients. Building a separate data layer would create sync drift and duplicate records.
The Solution
We reused the D365 integration middleware from the Aster Online Store project and extended it with patient-specific APIs. The app authenticates via UAE Pass, reads prescription data directly from D365, and posts teleconsultation bookings back as service orders — no secondary database.
